Over the past two decades, we have been dedicated to creating websites for thousands of businesses. However, a common challenge we often encounter is that clients are unsure of how to prepare the necessary website content.
Based on our extensive experience, we’ve found that for websites with ten pages or more, the time spent on content preparation often exceeds the initial budget. Many clients have the habit of preparing data page by page, and delays in delivering incomplete information for certain pages often hinder the timely progress of website development.
Each client is busy managing their own business, and the task of establishing a new website can significantly add to their workload. In the past, lacking the necessary experience, we were unable to promptly guide and assist clients, and some even struggled to provide the required website content a year later.
Later on, we discovered a simple yet effective approach: establishing a menu for the client’s website. Similar to our approach to essay writing in our student days, each menu title represents a section, and each section only requires a basic outline.
With the website outline in place, our design team can start constructing the client’s website. When clients see the initial design, it becomes easier for them to understand and prepare the relevant content.
Through our user-friendly backend system, clients can gradually add new textual content during their leisure time. Our design team has pre-set the layout styles for each page, and clients only need to upload new photos in the backend, with the system automatically formatting them.
Dear clients, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Creating a content-rich, high-quality website takes time and incremental effort. We wish for each client’s website to shine on the internet and grow alongside us.
